The Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe

SDE provided professional services for the tentative map, major use permit and major use permit modifications, road vacation, numerous boundary adjustments, open space easements, and an amendment to the Canyon Creek specific plan for the processing of this 545-acre project into a 205-lot residential subdivision. More recently, eight entitlements were obtained to create five additional lots for Unit 6 and extend the existing driving range for the golf course. The lot sizes range from 7,500-square-feet to more than two acres, with recreational open space easements. The project was in the engineering, design and planning stage for more than 20 years and included public and private road, sewer, water and storm drain improvements, lot grading, topographical/aerial surveys and construction staking.
