SDE prepared final engineering plans and a Parcel Map for a 0.12 acre two lot single family minor subdivision with joint-use panhandle access with the Avocado Highlands development. The minor grading plan proposed 5,514 square feet of disturbed area with improvements to the main residential driveway. SDE performed surveying, planning and civil engineering services all the way from the boundary and topographic survey up to the Parcel Map recordation.
