Del Dios Ranch

SDE provided land planning, land surveying, and civil engineering services for Ainslie Communities and the Sahm Family Foundation with design and entitlement process for the development of Del Dios Ranch located in Rancho Santa Fe, California encompassing over 200 acres. The development will feature large, luxury residential lots. SDE is providing land-use planning and site design, water and sewer engineering, civil engineering and stormwater management for approval of a Tentative Map in the County of San Diego.
