Calexico Megapark

SDE provided civil engineering, planning and land surveying services to Record Phase 1 of the Final Map for Calexico Megapark. Calexico Megapark is proposing a phased development of a 145.95 acre site located in the City of Calexico at the northwestern corner of Highway SR-111 and Jasper Road. The proposed use of the project is the development and operation of a highway commercial, light industrial and business park mixed-use complex. The project proposes to rezone the site for a commercial highway, light industrial businesses and business park. A large central detention basin will be designed and incorporated into the central lot of the development.
