SDE provided civil engineering services for a mixed-use residential project at 652 Stevens Avenue in Solana Beach, working with architect Rob Quigley. On the 0.23 acre site, SDE designed a stormwater management system with a bioretention vault, multiple small pipe outlets, and rip rap to simulate sheet flow into a public storm channel, incorporating an additional rear garden space into the design. SDE designed the underground parking layout to ensuring grading aligned with the finished floor elevation.
