SDSU Delta Epsilon Student Housing

SDE was retained to provide land surveying and civil engineering to construct a three-story, 15,343 square feet fraternity housing project. This building included 16 bedrooms. The site, a 0.16 acre property located at 5545 Hardy Drive, lies within the college community redevelopment master plan. This project incorporated new street frontage improvements, ground-level parking under the residential units, stormwater management improvements and new utilities.
