SDE performed civil engineering and surveying services for this single family residence in Rancho Santa Fe. The site consists of 104,000 square feet of disturbed area, on a 151,153 square foot site for construction of this estate home. SDE prepared a Land Development grading plan and stormwater quality management plan for approval by the County of San Diego.
