Nova Residence

SDE performed civil engineering and surveying services for construction of a custom single family residence in Rancho Valencia. The site consists of 68,860 square feet of disturbed area, on an 83,017 square foot site, with a 6,800 square foot home. This project was a Priority Development Project and required stormwater quality management plans which was performed by SDE in addition to the grading plans for the County of San Diego Building Department.
