SDE performed land surveying and civil engineering services for a below grade parking structure for continued AT&T employee parking and a six-story above grade mixed-use building with three levels below grade for parking. The ground floor, level one footprint of 14,440 square feet is made up of residential, commercial retail and lobby/support space. Residential makes up all of the upper five levels of the mixed-use building. SDE prepared grading and shoring plans for the underground parking structure, coordinating with the geotechnical and structural engineers. In addition, SDE prepared grading plans, improvement plans, stormwater quality management plans, lot line adjustment, and Development Agreement exhibits to obtain approvals from the City of San Diego. SDE also provided construction staking and assistance during construction.
