Avocado Highlands

SDE provided engineering, planning and surveying services to subdivide 3.1 acre parcel into four single family residential lots by processing a minor subdivision with a remainder parcel in Oceanside, CA. The project included associated improvements to a shared driveway with an adjacent property owner. SDE prepared a boundary and topographic survey, grading and improvement plans, and the Final Map.
