SDE conducted a comprehensive due diligence analysis for a Phase 1 Final Map and engineering plans to develop approximately 30 acres. The project involved reviewing Tentative Map conditions, Title Reports, and associated studies, as well as acquiring additional plans and reports. SDE played a key role in assisting with the development of site plans and infrastructure strategies for the Phase 1 Final Map and improvements. Additionally, the team developed the Scope of Work and fee structure for the project’s grading, improvements, and overall Phase 1 execution.
