El Portal Underpass

SDE provided expert Quality Assurance Surveying and Mapping services for the El Portal Undercrossing project, based on the Conformed Specifications from SANDAG dated September 17, 2023, and coordinated with AECOM. The scope of work included office calculations, field coordination, and PLS management. Additionally, SDE verified horizontal and vertical field control points to ensure accurate construction layout in accordance with the approved survey control from the plans.
