SDE prepared a Tentative Map, Preliminary Grading Plan, and Financial Map for a 333-acre property in unincorporated Riverside County, which included 391 residential lots and 2 commercial lots. The scope of services also encompassed a topographic and boundary survey, hydrology study, and preparation of a Priority Development Project SWQMP. The stormwater conveyance system was designed to maintain existing sheet flow conditions, directing runoff to conservation land that supports fairy shrimp habitat.
