About the Role:
We are seeking a California-licensed PLS with a minimum of 5 years of experience to serve as a Project Manager in our Survey Department. You’ll work closely with our Survey Manager and field teams on diverse land development and municipal projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a variety of surveying projects
- Schedule office and survey crews
- Coordinate with Clients and survey staff
- Oversee preparation of boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys
- Draft plats, legal descriptions, subdivision/parcel maps, and Records of Survey
- Support and guide field survey teams
- Provide QA/QC on survey documents
- Collaborate with civil engineering and planning departments
- Assist in proposal preparation for new project opportunities
Preferred Tools & Software:
- AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Microstation V8i
- Trimble Data Collector Business Center
- Leica Data Collector and GPS
- MS Office Suite
