San Dieguito Engineering would like to congratulate our very own, Annie Aguilar, as a 2017 Small Business Council member for Caltrans District 11 representing American Public Works Association.

The Caltrans Small Business Council promotes the implementation of federal and state policies. Annie will serve as a liaison between the APWA San Diego/Imperial County Chapters and the Small Business Council promoting small businesses and large firms at the Caltrans State level.caltrans-logo
